Pentagon Centre is a 330,000 square-foot retail center located just across the street from Amazon’s National Landing headquarters. With direct entry to the Pentagon City Metro Station, the site offers easy access to the Pentagon, Downtown DC and Reagan National Airport.
The Milton, Phase II of Pentagon Centre’s master plan, is an 11-story residential tower named after Kimco Chairman and co-founder Milton Cooper. Construction of The Milton’s 253 residential units and amenity package concluded in 2Q 2023 with residents moving in June 2023. Ground-level retail is under construction with expected stabilization in 2024.
The now completed Phase I of Pentagon Centre’s master plan included The Witmer®, a successful 26-story residential tower with 440 luxury apartment units and 7,000 square feet of ground floor retail. The Witmer achieved stabilization in Q4 2019, reaching 95% occupancy in just six months of leasing and is one of the most desirable residential properties in the DC metro.
Beyond Phases I and II, Kimco has secured entitlements for the future that would result in a fully developed site to include 346,000 square feet of retail, 705,000 square feet of office space, and a 200-room hotel. Combined, all phases would bring the total project size to nearly two million square feet.
